Darren Morgan is a three-time World Seniors Championship finalist who defeated Steve Davis 2-1 to lift the title in 2011.
The Welshman beat Gary Wilkinson, Cliff Thorburn, Jimmy White and finally Davis to secure the crown and has since reached the final in 2016 and 2019 – losing to Mark Davis and White respectively.
Morgan is also a former World Amateur champion who has won European Seniors title on a remarkable 13 occasions. He held professional status between 1988 and 2006, reaching a career high ranking of eighth and twice reaching the final of ranking events.
